Curriculum Vitae

John Brooks recently moved to Chicago, Illinois from Louisville, Kentucky near the place of his birth, and has lived in South Carolina and Florida, as well as London, England. He studied Political Science and English literature at the College of Charleston, in South Carolina, and art at Central St. Martins and the Hampstead School of Art in London, England. John's work has been used by Red Dog, the Seattle, Washington old-time string band of Doug Yule, former member of The Velvet Underground, and his work is held in private collections in the United States, Great Britain, Australia, Germany, and India.
